Clean Tehnology Fund: Investment Plan for the Philippines

TTPI was commissioned by World Bank Office-Manila to prepare a Country Investment Plan (CIP).  The CIP is a proposal for the use of the CTF resources in the Philippines, including a potential pipeline of projects and national resource envelopes.  The CIP is a business plan agreed with between the GOP, ADB, WB and IFC, and is based on the country's Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan, 2004-2010 and Comprehensive Integrated Infrastructure Program (CIIP), the Philippine Energy Plan (PEP) 2008-2030, the Climate Change: Philippine Response, Strategic Framework and Action Plan (2007), the National Environmentally Sustainable Transport Strategy (NESTS), and other other relevant sector development policies and programs.  This CTF investment plan is a dynamic document and this version is based on the economic development plans and the GOP investment programs and mature project proposals considered at this time.  This CIP is consistent with, and be integral with, the programs of the ADB, World Bank, and IFC.
