This study is expected to achieve the following objectives :
- To determine the adequacy of the planned road geometric characteristics and projected traffic conditions related to the major roads within the study area, considering volume generated by the various developments.
- To determine future traffic conditions of the study area based on the proposed land use developments. This will be based on the future development plan for the project;
- To evaluate the sufficiency of the road network capacity of the study area in relation to future traffic volumes based on the masterplan phasing developments scenario and determine corresponding potential traffic problems.
- To prepare a traffic management plan to ensure an efficient and safe traffic flow and a responsive traffic management system in the study area.
- To prepare a public transport route network inside the study area to, include locations of facilities for picking and dropping of passengers.
